We have an environment with 1 million+ attachments, this solution managed to back them up without disrupting our API calls or making our environment throttle. It took days to get a full backup because of our size and not wanting to exceed our API allotment, but the application is setup for that, now we get a clean backup in 2 hours or less, we have a lot of daily activity.

I think the title says it all. Never had to look at the documentation as it is that easy to use. However, don't let the simplicity fool you. It is a very powerful tool.
